Returns policy

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order then send us a message on our contact page, letting us know you’re sending a return, this will mean a quick and easy resolution once your parcel arrives back to us. We are happy to exchange or refund your items within 30 days of your purchase. If your order has yet to be dispatched give us a call on 021 712 173 or email hello@realparents.org and we will work with you to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
