This stunning boxed card set will help your children learn to recognise and label emotions and feelings.

With a beautiful illustration of the emotion on one side and the name and definition on the other side, these cards are a helpful tool for supporting emotional literacy - meaning children can recognise emotions and name them as they feel them. This I turn supports their emotions to calm.

We use these cards as conversation starters, to support kids to identify how they're feeling, then choosing a card of how they'd like to feel and then coming up with ideas as to how.  

When kids know that no emotion is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ and that all emotions provide messages, then it takes away their power and discomfort with emotions.
